Question

May a judicial officer who is attending a judicial conference view a presentation of court and administrative technologies, resources and equipment?

Answer

Judicial officers are not prohibited by the Code of Judicial Conduct from viewing a presentation of court and administrative technologies, resources and equipment while they are attending a judicial conference.
